Julie began her teaching career in St. Petersburg, Florida, where she immediately developed a very broad following. This included many club champions from the various courses around Florida. Teaching golf became her first priority. In 1996, Julie moved back to Oregon to further her teaching career.

Although Julie teaches many accomplished golfers, she specializes in beginners, juniors, instructs many award winning amateurs from around the Northwest.

Whether you are a beginner or intermediate player you will benefit from sound fundamentals taught by Julie.

Much of Julie’s teaching style comes from personal time she spent with the late BEN HOGAN. She was very fortunate to have spent 10 years working with the great legend of golf. Her philosophy is to improve the student’s level of golf regardless of what skill level they have achieved.

Julie is a certified club fitter for Callaway golf equipment.  She is up to date on the newest equipment and golf technologies.  Clubs are custom fit using a specialized fitting cart, one of only a few in the Metro area.
